Honor 500 Pro hits Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Elite, 16 GB RAM and Android 16. 6.55-inch OLED, 8,000 mAh battery, 100 W charging, 200 MP camera, and more.

The Honor 500 Pro is closing in on its debut and keeps surfacing in databases. This time, a device labeled MEP-AN00 showed up on Geekbench, revealing a key detail: Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. According to insiders, this version will sit at the top of the Honor 500 lineup, while the MEY-AN00 with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is expected to serve as the base model — a split that makes the family structure clear.

Geekbench lists the Honor 500 Pro with 16 GB of RAM and Android 16. In the benchmark, it posted 3,100 points in single-core and 9,463 in multi-core tests. Honor has previously confirmed configurations of up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage, along with four color options: aquamarine, pink, black, and silver. On paper, these specs tick all the flagship boxes.

Rumors suggest a 6.55-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The front camera is said to use a 50 MP sensor, while the rear setup is expected to combine three cameras: a 200 MP Samsung HP3, a 12 MP ultrawide, and a 50 MP IMX858 with 3x optical zoom. The mix points to a versatile approach, from wide landscapes to closer shots.

One of the standout features is expected to be an 8,000 mAh battery with 100 W wired and 50 W wireless charging. Reports also mention an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, plus Honor’s own C1+ chip for improved connectivity and an E2 chip focused on efficiency. The package pairs big-battery ambition with fast top-ups and modern extras.

Honor has yet to announce a launch date for the series, but leaks point to a November 24 unveiling in China.
