DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro unveiled at IFA 2025: HorizonSteady, dual OLED displays, 4-hour battery

At IFA 2025, DJI unveiled the Osmo Action 5 Pro — a new action camera pitched with revolutionary image quality. It features a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor that preserves fine detail and keeps footage bright even when the lighting gets tricky. Dual high-brightness OLED displays make framing and control straightforward on land and underwater — a small but meaningful win for action shooters.

The emphasis clearly falls on stabilization. DJI’s HorizonSteady aims to keep the horizon level even through sharp movements and extreme maneuvers. Add up to 4 hours of battery life and support for professional microphone connections, and the Osmo Action 5 Pro reads like a confident choice for vlogging, sports coverage, and travel shooting without overcomplicating the setup.

DJI also brought a lineup of accessories: lens filters, mounts, extended battery packs, and a compact remote. The camera will ship in two bundles — the Standard Combo for €349 and the Adventure Combo with extra batteries and accessories for €449.
