New Amazfit smartwatch A2557 surfaces in Malaysia, Korea and Indonesia listings, signaling an imminent launch. Likely Falcon 2 or a refreshed Cheetah series.
A new Amazfit smartwatch has resurfaced in regulatory listings, adding weight to expectations of a looming launch. The device carrying the model number A2557, first spotted in Malaysia, is now registered in South Korea and Indonesia. Zepp Health has offered no official comment, but the steady cadence of filings suggests a product quietly nearing the finish line.
A2557 was first noted in Malaysia’s SIRIM database in late November 2025. It now appears in documents from South Korea’s NRRA and Indonesia’s DJID (formerly SDPPI). Both agencies classify it as a low-power wireless device and reveal no technical details.
Industry watchers believe the code could belong to the Amazfit Falcon 2, a successor to the premium Falcon line launched in 2022 and geared toward advanced athletes, with GPS, high-end sensors, and water resistance up to 200 meters. Another possibility is a refresh of the Amazfit Cheetah series for runners, which hasn’t seen new models since 2023, aside from the limited Cheetah Pro Kelvin Kiptum edition. Both theories fit the brand’s recent trajectory, yet the filings themselves keep the real identity under wraps.
