Honor has unveiled the design and key features of its Power 2 smartphone ahead of the official announcement. The debut is slated for the first week of January 2026, with the headline act being a record 10,080 mAh battery. Arriving less than a year after the original Honor Power, the new model is positioned as its direct successor.

Published renders point to a complete redesign. The Power 2 departs sharply from its predecessor and, at first glance, echoes the look of the iPhone 17 Pro. The original camera block gives way to a large rectangular island that stretches almost the full width of the back, still housing three cameras. The body adopts a flat metal frame, while the front camera moves to a circular cutout instead of an elongated one. The overall shift reads as a deliberate step toward a more polished, premium aesthetic.

The phone will be offered in three finishes: Sunburst Orange, Snowfield White, and Phantom Night Black. Although the official launch is set for January 5, 2026, preorders are already open, putting the key specifications out in the open early.

The Honor Power 2 features a 6.79-inch LTPS display with a 2640×1080 resolution, a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite processor, 12 GB of RAM, and 256 or 512 GB of storage. Its standout 10,080 mAh battery supports 80 W wired fast charging and 27 W reverse wired charging, allowing the phone to double as a power bank for other devices. On paper, the package aims squarely at longevity without sacrificing everyday speed.
