Discover Austrian Audio The Arranger headphones, designed for audiophiles and studio engineers with 44mm drivers, 5 Hz to 30 kHz range, and durable build. Ideal for accurate sound reproduction.
Austrian Audio has unveiled The Arranger, a new pair of full-size headphones designed for audiophiles and professional studio sound engineers. This open-back model was developed with a focus on delivering the most accurate sound reproduction, a wide soundstage, and minimal distortion. Austrian Audio was founded in 2017 by former AKG engineers, and their experience in creating reference acoustic equipment is evident in The Arranger.
At the heart of these headphones are 44mm drivers featuring diaphragms with DLC coating, engineered for detailed and faithful music reproduction. The frequency range is specified from 5 Hz to 30 kHz, with harmonic distortion kept below 0.1%. With an impedance of 25 ohms and high sensitivity, The Arranger can be used not only with professional gear but also with relatively low-power sources.
Austrian Audio placed emphasis not just on sound quality but also on durability. The housing is made of metal, the earpads are covered in soft suede, and all key structural components are replaceable. This makes the model particularly appealing for studios, where equipment is used for years and requires regular maintenance.
The headphones come with a three-meter cable featuring a 3.5mm connector and an adapter for 6.3mm. For professional users, optional balanced Pentaconn and 5-pin XLR cables are available. Weighing 320 grams, The Arranger remains comfortable for extended listening and work sessions.
The recommended price for the Austrian Audio The Arranger is $1,099. The headphones are already available through official distributors and are positioned as a reference solution for those seeking the most accurate and neutral sound without compromise.
