Discover the Honor Magic V6 foldable smartphone with ultra-thin design, Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 200MP camera, and 7000mAh battery. Launching soon.
Honor is preparing to launch its new flagship foldable smartphone, the Magic V6, which carries the internal codename Phenom. According to preliminary information from insider Digital Chat Station, the device is shaping up to be one of the brand's most technologically ambitious smartphones in years, focusing on an exceptionally thin chassis, top-tier performance, and a significant leap in battery life.
The Honor Magic V6's body will utilize ultra-thin fiberglass, making it both lighter and thinner than previous generations. Notably, the new model is expected to retain full water resistance, a feature still rare in foldables that underscores its flagship status.
Powering the device will be the overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. A key camera feature is the primary module with a large 200-megapixel sensor, complemented by a periscope telephoto lens. This setup signals a serious emphasis on mobile photography and high optical zoom, positioning the Magic V6 among the best camera phones in the foldable category.
The battery life deserves special attention. The Honor Magic V6 is rumored to pack a battery with a capacity of around 7,000 mAh, an impressive figure for a thin foldable smartphone. The device will also support wireless charging. For expanded usability, it includes Beidou satellite connectivity, designed for operation outside cellular network coverage zones.
The Honor Magic V6 is expected to launch in several colors: Snow White, Velvet Black, Sunrise Gold, and Red. An official announcement could come as early as March. If the leaks hold true, the Magic V6 won't be just an evolution of the lineup but a serious bid by Honor for leadership in the premium foldable smartphone segment.
