PlayStation Plus adds Spider-Man 2 and more games in February 2026

Sony is preparing a significant update to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalog in February, with the main event being the addition of one of the most notable PS5 exclusive games in recent years. According to available information, starting February 17, 2026, subscribers will gain access to Marvel's Spider-Man 2. This sequel continues the superhero saga that began in 2018 and continued with Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Originally released on PS5 in October 2023 and arriving on PC in January 2025, the game follows the story of Peter Parker and Miles Morales. It features a sprawling open-world New York and spectacular battles against new adversaries. For those unfamiliar with the series, the previous installments are already available in the PS Plus Extra catalog, making this February addition particularly appealing to new players.

Beyond the superhero blockbuster, the subscription will also add Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown for PS5. The racing title initially received mixed reviews, but its inclusion in PS Plus could give the project a second life and attract a new audience. Additionally, Neva will join the catalog. This atmospheric adventure from the creators of Gris blends artistic style and emotional storytelling in a compact yet memorable format.

Official confirmation of the game list is expected on February 11, though the announcement might be moved closer to the State of Play presentation scheduled for February 12, which will last over an hour. It is possible that Sony will reveal the full list of February additions during this show and may even prepare additional surprises for subscribers.
