Leaked photos and details for Samsung Galaxy Buds4 and Buds4 Pro earbuds, including metallic stems, battery specs, and new gestures. Launch set for February 25.
Ahead of the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event, photos of display models for the Galaxy Buds4 and Buds4 Pro have surfaced online. According to a source on X, these are the exact samples already sent to retail stores for window displays. The main visual change is the metallic finish on the earbud stems, designed to give the devices a more premium look and visually set them apart from competitors.
From the images, the base Galaxy Buds4 retain a semi-open design without silicone ear tips, while the Buds4 Pro adopt an in-ear format with tips. This approach mirrors the strategy of the previous generation, effectively splitting the lineup into a more "open" version and a more isolating one.
Rumors suggest the Buds4 will feature 42 mAh batteries, with the Pro version getting 57 mAh. Both models are expected to support a new "squeeze and hold" gesture and an Interpreter mode for real-time speech translation. The official unveiling is scheduled for February 25, alongside the Galaxy S26 smartphone lineup.
Early leaks point to European prices around €179 for the Galaxy Buds4 and €249 for the Buds4 Pro. The metallic stems and updated features could be key selling points in the competitive premium TWS earbud market.
