See the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra in fresh CAD renders: flat 6.9-inch M14 OLED, new camera island (200 MP), Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 5,000 mAh, 60 W charging.

Exclusive CAD renders compiled by Android Headlines from leaked images offer the first clear look at Samsung’s upcoming flagship, the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The phone is shown with a flat 6.9‑inch OLED display using the next‑gen M14 panel with CoE technology, framed by very slim bezels and slightly rounded corners. The selfie camera sits in a centered in‑display cutout, physical buttons line the right side, and the bottom edge houses the SIM tray, speaker, USB‑C port, and the S Pen.

The camera area draws the eye first. Three lenses are now stacked vertically on a raised island that protrudes by 4.5 mm, while the fourth camera and the flash sit separately. In total, the setup includes a 200 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultrawide, a 50 MP periscope telephoto with 5x optical zoom, and a 10 MP telephoto offering 3x zoom. The shift to an island hints at a tidier, more intentional layout rather than a radical redesign—an approach that often pays off in everyday use.

Under the hood, rumors point to a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy. Configurations are expected to reach up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0/4.1 storage. The 5,000 mAh battery reportedly remains, while charging could climb to 60 W over a cable and up to 25 W with the Qi2.2 wireless standard. Out of the box, the device is said to run Android 16 with One UI 8.

Approximate dimensions come in at 163.4 x 77.9 x 7.9 mm, or 12.4 mm including the camera, with a weight of 217 g. All told, the Galaxy S26 Ultra doesn’t chase shock value; it leans into a more comfortable hand feel, fresh display tech, and a refined imaging system—positioning it to remain the powerhouse of the series.
