OnePlus Buds 3V unveiled: 54-hour battery, AI features, low price

OnePlus has unveiled its new Buds 3V true wireless earbuds, now available for pre-order on JD.com and other platforms. The earbuds come in two finishes—Morning Mist Blue and Midnight Black—with pricing set at 129 yuan for the blue option and 119 yuan for the black. The positioning feels intentionally sharp, inviting budget-conscious listeners to take notice.

The standout feature of Buds 3V

The headline is battery life: up to 54 hours with the case, and as much as 12 hours of music from a single earbud. Fast charging is on board too—10 minutes at the outlet can deliver up to 8 hours of playback—effectively easing any range anxiety.

Under the hood, the earbuds use 12.4 mm drivers and Bluetooth 5.4, with a minimum latency of 47 ms to keep audio and video aligned. They also support 3D spatial audio and carry an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance.

AI-powered dual-mic system

A dual-microphone setup with AI handles noise reduction during calls, while a cluster of “smart” tricks rounds out the experience: AI translation, remote camera control, voice assistant activation, simultaneous connection to two devices, and a find-my-earbuds function. For the price bracket, the toolkit comes across as unexpectedly complete.

The Buds 3V work with both Android and iOS, though the full feature set is unlocked on smartphones running ColorOS 12 and above. On other devices, users still get the essentials: music playback, battery status display, and seamless pairing.
