Discover the iQOO 15T leaks: 6.83-inch 144Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 9500, 200MP camera, 8000mAh battery with 100W charging, and up to 1TB storage. Launching soon in China.

Fresh leaks about the iQOO 15T have emerged, with the phone's China launch expected later this month. Renowned tipster Digital Chat Station shared the details, covering everything from the screen and battery to cameras and storage options.

The iQOO 15T has reportedly been certified in China and will pack a 6.83-inch flat OLED panel with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Up front, there's a 16MP selfie camera, while the rear setup consists of a 200MP main sensor and a 50MP secondary module.

Under the hood, the iQOO 15T is tipped to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. It will also feature a massive 8,000 mAh battery with 100W fast charging, making it one of the most enduring flagships on the market.

The iQOO 15T will offer a wide choice of memory configurations — five in total, including 12GB and 16GB RAM options with up to 1TB of storage. Additionally, the phone will come in three design versions: Qingyun, Legend, and Track Edition, the last featuring a more motorsport-inspired look.

Other features include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a metal frame, IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, plus support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Earlier leaks also hinted at 8K video recording and an X-axis linear vibration motor.

Pre-orders for the iQOO 15T opened in China on May 7, alongside the iQOO Pad 6 Pro tablet and iQOO TWS 5i earphones. So far, official teasers only hint at a slim chassis and a large camera bump.
