The Noble Audio Osprey wireless earbuds feature hybrid dual-drivers, LDAC, active noise cancellation, and premium design for $199. Preorders open June 4.

Noble Audio has introduced the Osprey wireless earbuds, aiming to make its audiophile-grade approach more accessible. While many of the company's models cost $320 or more, the new pair is priced at $199. Preorders open on June 4, with shipments expected by the end of the month.

The Osprey features a hybrid dual-driver setup: a 10mm dynamic driver handles the bass, while a custom balanced armature driver adds detail to the midrange and treble. It also supports LDAC, allowing higher-quality audio transmission on compatible devices. For a brand targeting discerning listeners, this is a key way to maintain its reputation even in a more affordable segment.

The design doesn't look budget either. The earbuds sport decorative marble-effect panels and a compact aluminum charging case—a rarity compared to the many plastic competitors. Connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.4 with multipoint and TrueWireless Mirroring, so users can quickly switch between a smartphone, laptop, and other devices.

Feature-wise, the Osprey offers active noise cancellation and a transparency mode called Hearing Through. For calls, there are two microphones with cVc technology to reduce background noise. Battery life reaches up to 7 hours without ANC and up to 5 hours with it enabled, while a 10-minute quick charge provides roughly 2 hours of playback.

EQ settings and firmware updates are available through the Noble Audio app. Overall, the Osprey appears to be an attempt to offer a more mass-market entry point into the Noble ecosystem, with quality materials, support for a Hi-Res codec, and a feature set typically expected from modern premium TWS earbuds.
