Apple may increase the screen sizes of its anniversary Pro models while keeping the body dimensions nearly unchanged thanks to slimmer bezels.
Apple may increase the display sizes of the anniversary iPhone 20 Pro and iPhone 20 Pro Max. The claim comes from insider Digital Chat Station on the Chinese social network Weibo. According to the leak, the iPhone 20 Pro could feature a 6.4-inch display instead of the 6.3-inch panel used in the iPhone 17 Pro. The iPhone 20 Pro Max could reportedly grow from 6.9 to 7 inches.
At the same time, the aspect ratio of both models is expected to remain unchanged from the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. Apple may achieve the larger diagonals by shrinking the bezels, so the overall body dimensions may barely change. The source also mentions a new design with the display curved at all four edges. This approach could make the screen look almost bezel-free.
The iPhone 20 name has not been confirmed. Apple is rumored to be considering skipping number 19 to tie the new generation to the 20th anniversary of the original iPhone.
