Samsung has pushed One UI 9 Beta 5 for the Galaxy S26 lineup to next week to allow extra time for final checks and software quality improvements.

Samsung has confirmed a slight delay to One UI 9 Beta 5 for the Galaxy S26 series. The test firmware has been pushed to next week, while One UI 9 Beta 4 arrived last month. Samsung announced the delay on the official Samsung Community forum. Developers need additional time for final checks and software quality improvements.

Samsung apologized to beta participants and said the delay is intended to deliver a more stable and polished build. The company has not yet detailed the fixes or possible new features in One UI 9 Beta 5. At this late stage of testing, updates typically focus on remaining bugs, system stability, and preparations for the public release.

One UI 9 Beta 5 will be available for registered Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra devices. The update is planned for the United States, United Kingdom, India, Germany, Poland, and South Korea. Once rollout begins, beta participants will be able to install the new build over the air through the standard software update section.
