Discover November 2025 PS Plus Essential games: Stray headlines the lineup on November 4, with two more titles revealed October 29. Full details inside.

Sony is preparing a fresh slate of games for PlayStation Plus Essential in November 2025. After a packed October that featured Alan Wake 2, Cocoon, and Goat Simulator 3, players are curious whether the next collection can keep the momentum. The current games of the month can be claimed until November 4, when the subscription refresh lands.

According to sources, November’s headline pick is Stray, the adventure from French studio BlueTwelve and publisher Annapurna Interactive. It is set to join the PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium libraries on November 4. Stray previously launched as a timed PlayStation exclusive and initially appeared in the PS Plus Extra catalog before being removed and later released on Xbox and Game Pass. A smart crowd-pleaser, if the goal is to sustain interest.

In Stray, players guide a homeless cat through a mysterious underground city with a cyberpunk vibe, blending exploration, puzzle-solving, and an emotional journey home. The game earned enthusiastic reviews for its distinctive visual style and tender storytelling—qualities that still have pull for those who missed it the first time.

The other two titles in November’s PS Plus Essential lineup remain under wraps. Their reveal is expected on October 29, and until then Sony is likely to keep stoking interest in one of autumn’s most anticipated subscription updates.
