HyperOS 3 global beta hits Xiaomi 15 Ultra, 15 and Pad 7 Pro

Xiaomi has begun rolling out the global beta of HyperOS 3, with the first wave reaching the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Xiaomi 15, and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro. The update is arriving in phases by region, a familiar approach ahead of a stable release. Firmware builds are assigned as follows: Xiaomi 15 Ultra gets OS3.0.1.0.WOAEUXM, Xiaomi 15 receives OS3.0.2.0.WOCEUXM, and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is updated to OS3.0.1.0.WOYMIXM or OS3.0.1.0.WOYEUXM, depending on the market.

In the coming weeks, more devices will join the testing program, including the Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro, Xiaomi MIX Flip, the Redmi Note 14 series, POCO F7, POCO X7 and X7 Pro, as well as the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad Mini. The roadmap suggests the company is aiming for the broadest possible coverage by the end of the year.

HyperOS 3 is more than a visual refresh. The release focuses on artificial intelligence, smoother navigation, and adapting to individual habits. The interface feels lighter, cleaner, and more responsive, with softer animations and a new signature Hyper Island design language that ties the experience together.

The headline change is deeper AI integration. The system can organize notes, generate captions for images and other content, translate voice calls in real time, reduce recording noise, and run context-based searches—for example, pulling up photos that match a description like “where I’m with the dog.” Dynamic wallpapers also make an appearance, turning still photos into gently animated scenes.

Early testers report that the system now feels faster, more stable, and easier on the eyes, with smoother interactions across apps and gestures. Observers add that HyperOS 3 signals a step up for Xiaomi: where initial versions felt experimental, this release comes across as more mature and assured—positioned to compete with iOS and One UI not just on features, but on overall user experience.
