OnePlus appears to be readying another powerful yet affordable smartphone: a model built on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, known in China as the upcoming OnePlus Ace 6 Turbo. The leaker Digital Chat Station has shared fresh details, suggesting the phone will stand out for its endurance — a direction that hints OnePlus is prioritizing real-world stamina over flashy add-ons.
According to the source, the device will carry a 9K-class battery, roughly 9,000 mAh. That’s more than the OnePlus Ace 6T (sold globally as the OnePlus 15R), which already surpassed the 8,000 mAh mark. If the figures hold, the Ace 6 Turbo could become the company’s longest-lasting smartphone to date, a claim that would resonate with anyone tired of living near a charger.
The phone is also set to feature a 6.78-inch flat display. It’s likely to run at 165 Hz, or at worst 144 Hz. Digital Chat Station also mentions chip-level optimizations designed to squeeze extra performance from the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 compared with rivals using the same platform — the kind of tuning that can make a noticeable difference in day-to-day speed and efficiency.
OnePlus is positioning the Ace 6 Turbo to compete in the growing “Turbo” segment, where the Redmi Turbo 5 is already looming with a battery rated at more than 9,000 mAh. A China debut is expected in spring 2026, while a global version may arrive as the OnePlus Nord 6. If those plans stick, the category could soon be defined less by specs on paper and more by how long these phones actually last between charges.
