User Agreement
This Agreement is a public offer and defines the terms and conditions for using the materials and services posted on the website located at pepelac.news (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") by visitors and users of this website, including through the use of the "Pepelac News" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Mobile App"), which may be downloaded and installed by an individual on their mobile device (hereinafter referred to as the "Device").
1. General Terms
1.1. The Website is distributed on the Internet and includes services, information, materials, and data provided by the Website’s editorial team and third parties.
1.2. The Mobile App is software under the name "Pepelac News," installed on the User’s Device for convenient access to the mobile version of the Website and additional features and services.
1.3. A User is an individual who accesses the Website using hardware and software tools and is a party to this Agreement. Access to the Website signifies the User’s acceptance of and agreement to comply with all the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. The use of the Website’s materials and services is governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
1.5. Copying and reproduction of the Website’s materials is permitted only with prior permission from the Website Administration.
2. User Obligations
2.1. The User agrees not to engage in any actions that may be considered a violation of Russian law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, generally accepted moral and ethical standards, as well as any actions that may disrupt the normal operation of the Website and its services.
2.2. When partially or fully quoting materials from the Website, including copyrighted works, a reference to the Website is mandatory.
2.3. The User is informed that the Website Administration is not responsible for the User’s visits to or use of external resources linked on the Website.
2.4. The Website Administration is not liable and bears no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any potential or actual losses or damages related to any Website content, copyright registration or related information, goods or services available on or obtained through external websites or resources, or other interactions entered into by the User via the information posted on the Website or links to external resources.
2.5. 3. Other Terms
3.1. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing agency, partnership, joint activity, employment, or any other relationship between the User and the Website Administration not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
3.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. Failure by the Website Administration to enforce any part of this Agreement in the event of a violation by a User does not constitute a waiver of the Administration’s right to take appropriate action later to protect its interests and copyrights in materials protected under applicable law.
3.5. The Website Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such amendments come into effect upon their publication on the Website unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Agreement. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must cease accessing the Website and stop using its materials and services, including the Mobile App.
