Luna smart ring 2.0 debuts with LifeOS, AI coaching and 21-day battery

At IFA 2025, Luna unveiled the global version of its second-generation smart ring. The headline change is LifeOS, an operating system that turns biometric data into adaptive, real-time prompts. It factors in circadian rhythms, habits, stress, and even the context of day-to-day actions to help users stay balanced and reach peak performance. It’s a clear bet that guidance matters as much as raw metrics.

Key features include advanced sleep analysis that accounts for sleep stages and breathing, the Luna AI 2.0 assistant with personalized tips, granular activity tracking, and recovery insights. The ring supports fertility tracking, detects stress through changes in heart rate and temperature, and helps adjust training load. On paper, that mix aims to make the ring more of a coach than a logger.

Luna 2.0 lasts up to 21 days on a charge. The bundle with a fast-charging case is priced at $329, while the base version costs $300. Preorders have come in from users in more than 70 countries, and sales in Europe will begin via Amazon in the coming month.
