Unihertz Titan 2 revives the physical keyboard at IFA 2025

At IFA 2025, Unihertz introduced the Titan 2, a smartphone that brings back the tactile appeal of a physical keyboard while staying firmly in step with modern technology. It runs Android 15 and is built on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 platform with 5G support—a setup positioned to satisfy even demanding users.

The Titan 2 features a 4.5-inch main display and a secondary 2-inch screen tailored for notifications and quick access to essential information. The hardware package includes up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. A 5050 mAh battery is responsible for endurance, and the body provides slots for two SIM cards.

The camera setup includes a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP telephoto lens, and a 32 MP front-facing camera. Connectivity spans 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks, while global positioning works with GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo.

Unihertz is betting on a distinctive form factor: the Titan 2 targets users who prize a physical keyboard and dependability yet don’t want to forgo the conveniences of a modern Android phone. In a market awash with all-screen slabs, that focus reads as a thoughtful counterpoint rather than mere nostalgia.
