MAIBENBEN has introduced a new flagship to its gaming lineup in Russia — the X16E X-Treme Tsunami. It’s the brand’s first laptop to pair a GeForce RTX 5080 with water cooling, a clear signal that the company is chasing peak performance for gamers and professionals working with heavy graphics and 3D modeling.
The X16E is built around a 16-inch IPS display with a 2560×1600 resolution, a 300 Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits of brightness. Under the hood are a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX, 32 GB of RAM, and a 2 TB SSD, with headroom to scale to 64 GB and 8 TB respectively. The package includes a water-cooling system that enables up to a 21% performance uplift compared to competitors, which on paper should help sustain high frame rates and demanding workloads.
The laptop comes in an aluminum chassis weighing 2.69 kg. Notable touches include a Per-Key RGB keyboard, a glass touchpad, a physical webcam shutter, and a full set of ports, including HDMI and two Type-C connectors — a practical spread for gaming setups and creative rigs alike.
The X16E ships with Windows 11 or Linux, and the Windows configuration adds facial recognition for quick sign-ins. The starting price is 289,990 rubles, positioning the machine firmly in the premium segment, where raw power takes precedence.
MAIBENBEN frames the X16E as the ideal tool for those who want maximum performance without compromise — and the specification sheet certainly leans into that promise.
