OPPO Find X9 Ultra leak: 2K OLED, 200MP quad camera, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

OPPO is gearing up to launch its most advanced smartphone of the current generation, the Find X9 Ultra. Positioned above the Find X9 Pro, it is set to go head-to-head with heavyweights like the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Galaxy S26 Ultra. A fresh leak outlines the key specifications and hints at a possible global rollout.

According to Tech Home, the Find X9 Ultra will feature a flat 6.8-inch OLED display with 2K resolution. Unlike the Find X9 Pro, which runs on the Dimensity 9500, the Ultra is said to be built on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5—an explicit signal that this model is meant to be the performance leader of the lineup.

The main focus, true to OPPO’s recent playbook, is the camera system. The phone is reported to carry four rear modules, mirroring last year’s Find X8 Ultra. The primary sensor is expected to be the new 200‑megapixel Sony LYTIA 901, paired with a 50‑megapixel ultrawide and a 50‑megapixel camera with optical zoom. A fourth camera would handle mid‑range magnification, though it remains unclear whether it will use a 200‑megapixel or 50‑megapixel sensor.

On design, the leak suggests OPPO may move away from the rectangular camera housing used on the Find X9 Pro and OnePlus 15, retaining instead the brand’s signature circular module seen on the Find X8 Ultra. There’s also talk of a battery around 7,000 mAh, a capacity that should translate into notably strong endurance for a flagship.

One more detail worth tracking is the potential global debut of the Find X9 Ultra. Sources say OPPO is considering this step in light of the Find X9 Pro’s international sales, which could bring the new ultra‑flagship beyond China. If that happens, the Ultra would meet its intended rivals on more store shelves, not just on spec sheets.
