OnePlus 15T leaks: a compact 6.3-inch flagship with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 165Hz 1.5K OLED and a 7,000mAh+ battery

OnePlus appears ready to add another entry to its flagship lineup. Following the release of the OnePlus 15 and the recent debut of the more affordable OnePlus 15R, information has surfaced about a third model — the OnePlus 15T, which could emerge as a rare example of a compact yet genuinely powerful smartphone.

According to insider Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 15T will feature a 6.3-inch flat OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and a 165 Hz refresh rate, matching the rest of the series. Even with a smaller footprint, the display is expected to keep pace with the larger models in smoothness and image quality.

On performance, the phone is said to run the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, the same silicon used in the OnePlus 15. That suggests the 15T won’t be a compromise and is aimed at users who want top-tier power in a smaller form factor.

The cameras look promising as well. The leak mentions a 50-megapixel main sensor paired with a 50-megapixel telephoto. There’s no word yet on an ultrawide, but the choice to include a telephoto in a compact model points to an emphasis on optical zoom rather than padding the camera count.

One of the more surprising claims is a battery exceeding 7,000 mAh — highly unusual for a 6.3-inch device. An ultrasonic fingerprint reader is also mentioned, along with accessory testing that includes a magnetic case, a sign the project is at an advanced stage. Rumors point to a launch in the first quarter of 2026, with the 15T potentially standing out next year as the lone compact flagship built around performance.
