Realme has officially announced the Realme 16 Pro, revealing its core specifications ahead of the series launch scheduled for January 6. The handset joins the 16 Pro line with a clear focus on imaging, speed, and staying power.
The main camera comes in at 200 MP—the same resolution as the senior Realme 16 Pro+—but without a periscope module. Under the hood is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Max with 5G support, kept in check by AirFlow VC cooling. According to the company, the device scores over 970,000 points in AnTuTu. The choice to skip a periscope lens hints at a priority on everyday shooting rather than extreme zoom, while the listed benchmark figure suggests ample headroom for demanding apps.
Powering the phone is a 7,000 mAh battery designed for extended use between charges. The AMOLED display offers a 1.5K resolution, a 144 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 6,500 nits. The combination points to smooth visuals and strong outdoor visibility on paper. The software side is handled by realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16, with AI features such as intelligent recording, smart framing, and integration with Google Gemini.
The Realme 16 Pro will be offered in Master Gold, Pebble Gray, and Orchid Purple. The body also carries an IP69 rating, underscoring resistance to dust and water. Taken together, the package reads as a device built for speed and endurance, topped with a headline-grabbing camera spec.
