In December, AnTuTu's mid-range smartphone charts were almost a clean sweep for MediaTek. Topping the list were OPPO Reno15 Pro and Reno15, both powered by the Dimensity 8450. They were trailed by Realme Neo7 SE on the Dimensity 8400-Max, the iQOO Z10 Turbo with the Dimensity 8400, and OPPO K13 Turbo, also using the Dimensity 8450.
Overall, nine of the top ten ran on MediaTek silicon. The lone outlier was the Realme GT Neo6 SE in ninth place, built on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3. Taken together, the ranking suggests Qualcomm is scarcely contesting this tier, while MediaTek has tightened its grip on the market.
For shoppers, that translates into a wide slate of capable mid-rangers with strong price-to-performance value, as options beyond Dimensity-powered models continue to thin out.
