Lenovo has unveiled a concept for AI-powered smart glasses that aim to rethink the approach to wearables. The new AI Glasses Concept features a built-in teleprompter—handy for presentations, live streams, or on-camera appearances when keeping eye contact matters more than glancing at paper notes.
The glasses support both touch and voice controls, letting users take calls, manage music, and access information without lifting a finger. Lenovo has integrated its Qira voice assistant, which performs all computing through a connected smartphone or computer. This keeps the glasses light and helps prevent heat build-up, while Qira delivers real-time translation and rapid, high-accuracy image recognition.
Another thoughtful touch is Catch Me Up: it summarizes notifications from different devices at the start of the day, helping users quickly orient themselves across tasks and messages. Weighing just 45 grams and offering up to eight hours of battery life, the concept comes across as practical for everyday use.
Lenovo’s AI Glasses Concept shows how artificial intelligence can slip into daily wearables without sacrificing comfort or portability. The idea sketches a future in which glasses support work, study, and communication while staying light and functional.
