vivo X300s leak details: 1.5K OLED, 200MP camera, 7,000 mAh battery and Dimensity 9500 Plus

Fresh details about the vivo X300s have surfaced online, and the phone could debut as early as March alongside the flagship vivo X300 Ultra. The information comes from well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, who outlined the key specs of a model that looks more like a careful evolution of the X300 than a radical reboot.

The leak indicates the X300s will feature a flat display with slim, symmetrical bezels on all four sides, while the rear will house a circular main camera module. Expect a 6.78-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution, and a 200-megapixel primary sensor paired with a mid-range periscope telephoto. The setup hints at practical zoom flexibility without chasing headline-grabbing extremes.

Under the hood, the phone is said to run on the Dimensity 9500 Plus, an overclocked version of the Dimensity 9500—signaling a clear focus on performance. The battery is poised for a notable bump to around 7,000 mAh, up from the X300’s 6,040 mAh. An ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner and a water- and dust-resistant build are also expected. If these specs hold, endurance could become one of the device’s standout strengths.

Early chatter suggests the X300s, much like previous “s” models, may remain exclusive to China for roughly a year. The pattern mirrors the X200s, which is preparing for a global rollout under the name vivo X200T. It’s also possible that in 2027 the X300s will reach markets beyond China as the vivo X300T.

vivo’s March showcase in China is shaping up to be busy: along with the X300 Ultra and X300s, the company may also introduce its first action camera, though specifics are still under wraps—an intriguing side venture for a phone-first brand.
