iQOO Neo 11 Pro posts strong Geekbench 6.5 scores with Dimensity 9500

iQOO is gearing up to launch the Neo 11 series, and the new flagship Neo 11 Pro has already surfaced in Geekbench 6.5. The device, model V2520A, is built on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 and posted a strong showing: 3,320 points in the single-core test and 9,898 in the multi-core run. It will ship with Android 16 and offer up to 16 GB of RAM.

The phone previously cleared China’s 3C certification, which mentioned support for 100-watt charging. Rumors also point to a battery exceeding 7,000 mAh, a flat roughly 6.8-inch OLED display with 2K resolution, and an ultrasonic fingerprint reader embedded in the screen.

The Dimensity 9500 pairs one core clocked at 4.21 GHz with three at 3.5 GHz and four efficiency cores at 2.7 GHz. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, which supports ray tracing and delivers more than a 40% boost in graphics efficiency over the Dimensity 9400—details that should resonate with mobile gamers.

The iQOO Neo 11 family is set to include two models: the Neo 11 powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite and the Neo 11 Pro running the Dimensity 9500. The launch is expected after the debut of the iQOO 15, roughly in November–December 2025.
