Infinix has officially unveiled the Note Edge smartphone, a slim and relatively affordable model that focuses on design, display, and battery life. The body measures just 7.2mm thick and weighs 185 grams, while performance comes from the new MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM.
The highlight is a curved 6.78-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. This screen features ultra-thin symmetrical bezels at 1.87mm wide, a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, a 2,800Hz touch sampling rate, and protective Gorilla Glass 7i. For audio, stereo speakers with JBL tuning handle the sound—a rare feature in this price segment.
The phone is equipped with a 6,500 or 6,150 mAh battery depending on the market, supporting 45W fast charging that can fully recharge the device in about an hour. Infinix claims the battery will retain at least 80% of its capacity even after 2,000 charging cycles, equivalent to roughly six years of use. The Note Edge runs XOS 16 based on Android 16, making it the brand’s first smartphone with this system version, and the company promises three major Android updates and five years of security patches.
For the camera, practicality takes center stage: the main 50MP module uses a 1/2-inch sensor. A customizable button on the side allows users to instantly activate the AI assistant Folax. The smartphone’s body is IP65-rated for dust and splash resistance, and color options include classic matte shades as well as a Silk Green version with a texture inspired by silk.
Priced from $200, the Infinix Note Edge offers a combination of a slim build, a vibrant display, a large battery, and up-to-date Android, positioning it as one of the most compelling options in its class.
