Photos of the retail packaging for the DJI Osmo Pocket 4 have surfaced online, offering a first look at the design and key features of the new compact stabilized camera. The images were shared by insider Igor Bogdanov, and they appear to show the final box design—a strong hint that an official announcement is imminent.
The pictures suggest DJI is sticking with a familiar concept. The Osmo Pocket 4 retains the recognizable pocket-sized form factor, complete with a three-axis stabilized gimbal and a flip-out touchscreen. This layout is already well-known to vloggers and travelers, having proven its practicality in earlier generations.
However, the packaging hints at several thoughtful refinements. Near the hinge, new physical buttons are visible, including a dedicated zoom control and a customizable "C" button. These additions should make one-handed operation easier and offer more flexibility when switching modes on the fly. This leak aligns with earlier information from inventory listings, which mentioned multiple Osmo Pocket 4 variants and creator kits. That indirectly confirms the device has moved beyond testing and is likely gearing up for mass distribution.
Technical specifications remain under wraps for now, but sources expect DJI to focus on evolutionary improvements, building on the strengths of the Osmo Pocket 3. That likely means advanced stabilization and possibly a larger sensor. An official launch seems just around the corner.
