Images of the Samsung Galaxy A57 have surfaced online, showing the smartphone in a Chinese regulatory database ahead of its official announcement. The leak appears credible, as this source has previously published accurate information about Samsung devices that was later confirmed.
Based on the images, the Galaxy A57 features a noticeably updated design. The body is slimmer compared to the previous model, and the camera module looks cleaner and more modern. A notable detail is the so-called "key island" on the right edge, where the power and volume buttons are now placed on a slightly raised platform, similar to some of the brand's flagship phones.
In terms of specifications, the Galaxy A57 is expected to continue offering balanced performance. It should be equipped with an Exynos 1680 chip, with RAM potentially reaching 12 GB and internal storage up to 256 GB. No major changes are anticipated for the cameras, as Samsung is likely to rely on proven sensors.
Battery life should remain a strong point for this model. Leaks suggest a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging. The official presentation of the Galaxy A57 is expected in the coming weeks, alongside the more affordable Galaxy A37.
