Samsung Galaxy F70e 5G: Affordable 5G smartphone with camera focus

Samsung has kicked off a teaser campaign for the Galaxy F70e 5G smartphone just two days before the official unveiling of the new Galaxy F70 series. The company confirmed it will introduce the lineup on February 2, 2026, with a launch focused on the Indian market. Since Samsung used the word "series," it was immediately clear that multiple models are involved, and now one of them has been named.

An official Samsung India social media post explicitly states that the Galaxy F70e 5G will be part of the series. The company accompanies the announcement with a slogan hinting that the phone will emphasize camera capabilities and social scenarios. A short video teaser was also released, showcasing a dual-camera module with an LED flash and a color variant featuring blue leather-like trim.

The final frame of the video includes a Flipkart Unique badge, confirming exclusive sales of the device through the Flipkart platform. Samsung often uses this approach for budget models in India, betting on online distribution. Interestingly, the Galaxy F70e 5G had previously appeared in the Google Play Console database under two names: Galaxy A07 and Galaxy F70e 5G. This now clarifies that it wasn't an error—the smartphone indeed exists and is likely a renamed version of the Galaxy A07 5G.

According to earlier data, the Galaxy F70e 5G will feature a screen with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels, a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, and Android 16 with the One UI 8.0 interface. A configuration with 4 GB of RAM is also expected, pointing to an entry-level device. Based on these specs, Samsung is preparing an affordable 5G smartphone for the mass market, set to debut officially on February 2.
