Xiaomi has launched global sales of its G27i 2026 gaming monitor, a 27-inch model aimed at gamers and users who prioritize smooth visuals and accurate color reproduction at an affordable price. This new release follows the 2026 lineup, coming after the mini-LED G Pro 27Qi 2026 model.
The monitor features a 27-inch Fast IPS panel with Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. It supports refresh rates up to 200 Hz and a 1 ms GTG response time in Ultrafast mode, which Xiaomi claims reduces motion blur and ghosting in fast-paced scenes. However, the official specs also list a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, suggesting the maximum may depend on settings or connection type.
With 178-degree viewing angles, a typical brightness of 250 nits, and peak brightness reaching 400 nits, the display meets the VESA DisplayHDR 400 standard. A static contrast ratio of 1000:1 enhances detail visibility in both bright and dark scenes. The monitor comes factory-calibrated with a Delta E value below 2, covering 100% of the sRGB color space and 95% of DCI-P3. It uses an 8-bit color depth to display 16.7 million shades, making it suitable not just for gaming but also for video and graphic work.
The G27i 2026 supports FreeSync Premium and is G-Sync compatible, helping to minimize screen tearing and stuttering during unstable frame rates. For eye protection, it includes TÜV Low Blue Light certification and DC dimming to reduce flicker during extended use.
Design-wise, the monitor sports ultra-thin bezels. The stand offers tilt adjustment from -5 to +15 degrees and supports VESA 75×75 mm wall mounting. Controls are handled via a joystick button. Connectivity includes DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. Power consumption tops out at 36 W, and the monitor with stand weighs 3.6 kg.
In Singapore, the Xiaomi G27i 2026 is priced at 199 Singapore dollars, roughly equivalent to 157 US dollars. The company has not yet announced availability dates for other regions.
