Insider Tarun Vats shared this information, and the key takeaway is confirmation that the global variant of the smartphone will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, not an Exynos chip.
The test involves model SM-S948B, which typically corresponds to international shipments. The device is equipped with 12 GB of RAM and delivered impressive performance scores: 3,601 points in single-core mode and 10,686 points in multi-core. These numbers position the Galaxy S26 Ultra among the most powerful Android smartphones of the new generation.
This leak is particularly important because it underscores Samsung's strategy: while the base Galaxy S26 models might use Exynos or Snapdragon chips depending on the region, the Ultra model appears set to become a universal flagship with Snapdragon across all key markets.
