OPPO K14x 5G smartphone details and launch in India

OPPO has officially launched the K14x 5G smartphone in India, targeting users who prioritize battery life, smooth performance, and basic gaming capabilities. Positioned as an affordable entry-level device, it's aimed at students, smartphone newcomers, and budget-conscious buyers.

The phone features a 6.74-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. With brightness reaching up to 1,125 nits, it remains comfortable to use outdoors. For selfies, there's a 5MP front camera, while the dual rear camera system includes a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP monochrome sensor for portraits and depth effects.

At its core is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The device is equipped with a 6,500mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a headphone jack. Additional features include IP64 dust and splash resistance, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, and dual SIM support.

The OPPO K14x 5G comes in two configurations: 4GB/128GB for ₹14,999 (approximately $165) and 6GB/128GB for ₹16,999 (approximately $190). Sales will begin on February 16th through OPPO's official website and retail stores, available in Prism Violet and Icy Blue color options.
