Samsung has officially confirmed the release timeline for its new One UI 8 software. The update, already available on the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7, will begin rolling out to other devices starting in September. The first to receive the stable version will be the Galaxy S25 series, followed by additional compatible models.
According to the company, five beta versions of One UI 8 for the Galaxy S25 have already been released, with a sixth expected soon. This sparked speculation about a potential delay, but Samsung dismissed those concerns, stating that the rollout of the stable build remains on schedule.
The update promises a series of improvements, including a refreshed design, better performance optimization, and new tools focused on personalization and security.
For users of other Galaxy devices, the news is equally positive: once the rollout begins with the S25 series, One UI 8 will gradually expand to more models, ensuring a wide distribution across Samsung’s lineup.
