Nothing Phone (4a) specs: Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 and 12GB RAM detailed

The Nothing Phone (4a) has appeared in the Geekbench AI benchmark database, revealing key specifications of the upcoming device. Identified by model number A069, it runs Android 16 and, in the tested configuration, comes with 12GB of RAM. Market variants with less memory are also expected.

The main revelation is the confirmed processor: the Phone (4a) is built on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. This SoC targets the mid-range segment and should deliver a noticeable performance boost over the previous generation. Its appearance in the benchmark suggests the launch is imminent.

Rumors point to an official unveiling in early March, with the more advanced Phone (4a) Pro debuting alongside it. At least one model will feature UFS 3.1 storage, a step up from the UFS 2.2 used in the Phone (3a) series. This upgrade will speed up app loading and improve overall system responsiveness.

The new lineup is also said to offer a wide color palette, including black, white, pink, yellow, and blue. Based on leaks, Nothing will continue to focus on distinctive design and balanced specs, strengthening its position in the mid-price segment.
