After a relatively quiet start to the year, Apple is gearing up for a significant wave of announcements. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the company is set to unveil more than five new devices in the coming weeks, including updated Macs and other ecosystem products.
The main intrigue could be a new affordable MacBook powered by the A18 Pro chip. Reports suggest this model will feature a display slightly under 13 inches and come in multiple colors, potentially making it one of Apple's most notable recent releases. Additionally, updates to the MacBook Air with the M5 chip are expected, along with the arrival of MacBook Pro models equipped with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips—continuing the series after the base M5 version launched last fall. The announcement of these professional models might happen as early as early March.
Apple is also preparing at least one new external display for Macs with a higher refresh rate and improved image quality. Since the monitor category is traditionally updated infrequently, this potential upgrade is generating particular interest among Mac users. Beyond computers, the near future is expected to bring the iPhone 17e, a new base iPad, and an iPad Air with the M4 chip.
Based on leaks, March could be one of Apple's busiest months in recent memory. The company plans to hold a separate event to reveal details of these upcoming products.
