The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra shows impressive performance metrics, running faster and generating less heat than its predecessor, the S25 Ultra. These findings come from performance tests conducted by independent blogger Sahil Karul, who had early access to the smartphone in Dubai ahead of its official release.
Powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, the device scored over 3.7 million points in AnTuTu benchmarks. In Geekbench 6, it achieved 3,648 points in single-core tests and 10,898 in multi-core tests. For context, the Galaxy S25 Ultra posted significantly lower results in comparable testing.
Graphics and stability testing in 3DMark Wild Life Extreme Stress confirmed that the S26 Ultra maintains high performance even under sustained loads. It reached a maximum score of 6,489 points with 53.2% stability, while the device temperature increased by just 10 degrees Celsius. In contrast, the predecessor saw temperature rises of 14 degrees and lower graphics stability during testing.
Other notable features of the new flagship include a 24-month warranty, an S Pen stylus without Bluetooth functionality, and a Privacy Display that protects screen content from prying eyes. Together, these elements make the Galaxy S26 Ultra a more functional and reliable device for demanding users.
Experts observe that the higher performance, improved cooling, and new features represent a significant step forward compared to the S25 Ultra. This smartphone demonstrates how Samsung continues to refine its flagship devices by balancing speed, stability, and innovation.
