In October, OnePlus will debut its new flagships in China — the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Ace 6. Tipster Digital Chat Station has shared details about one of the upcoming devices, including memory variants and battery capacity.
The OnePlus Ace 6 is said to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and offer several memory configurations: 12/256 GB, 12/512 GB, 16/256 GB, 16/512 GB, and 16 GB/1 TB. It will be available in three colors — black, Quick Silver, and Flash White. The phone is expected to feature a 1.5K OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and a 7,800 mAh battery with 120 W charging support. Taken together, the spec sheet reads like a bid for speed and smoothness.
According to the insider, the Ace 6 will weigh around 214 grams, and its design will echo the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra with a vertical camera module. Specific details for the front and main cameras have not yet been disclosed.
For now, the OnePlus Ace 6 is headed to the Chinese market, while a modified version for India, called the OnePlus 15R, is in the pipeline and will likely bring improved cameras. It remains unclear whether the 15R will be introduced at the same time as the OnePlus 15.
