Ultrahuman Ring Pro smart ring with extended battery and AI features

Ultrahuman has unveiled its new Ring Pro smart ring, with extended battery life as its standout feature. The device can last up to 15 days on a single charge, significantly outlasting most competitors. It also comes with a charging case that has its own battery, providing up to 45 days of autonomous operation when recharging on the go.

The Ring Pro not only features a larger battery but also a completely redesigned architecture. Inside, there's a dual-core processor with on-device machine learning support, enabling more efficient processing of biometric data. Built-in storage capacity has been increased—the ring can now store up to 250 days of data without syncing to a smartphone. The manufacturer also claims improved structural durability and a safer removal mechanism for rare cases of finger swelling or battery overheating.

The charging case deserves special attention. Designed in a premium style for bedside placement, it includes an LED indicator, a speaker, a vibration motor, and a firmware diagnostic system to prevent issues during updates. This approach sets Ultrahuman's solution apart from the more minimalist charging cases offered by competitors.

At the same time, the company introduced Jade, a new AI platform for "real-time bio-intelligence." The system analyzes data from the ring, the M1 glucose meter, and Ultrahuman Home environmental sensors, offering personalized recommendations. Among its stated capabilities are initiating breathing exercises, detecting signs of atrial fibrillation, and other functions that will expand over time.

Pre-orders for the Ultrahuman Ring Pro are now open at a price of $479, with deliveries starting in March. Owners of previous models can take advantage of a trade-in program with a discount.
