Samsung Galaxy A37 and A57 specifications and features revealed

Detailed specifications for the upcoming Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 have surfaced online. According to the leaks, Samsung appears to be focusing on incremental improvements for this new generation, keeping key parameters largely unchanged.

Both models are reportedly set to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 5,000 mAh battery—specs that remain consistent with previous generations. The Galaxy A37 will transition to an Exynos 1480 processor, replacing the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, which should deliver a modest performance boost for everyday tasks. The Galaxy A57 is expected to get the Exynos 1680 chip, up from the Exynos 1580. Memory options for both will include 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage, with no microSD card support.

The camera setup will see only minor tweaks. The main 50 MP sensor stays, but the ultra-wide sensor may increase from 8 to 12 MP. The front camera remains at 12 MP. For the Galaxy A57, a 5 MP macro module is also mentioned. Overall, the camera system looks evolutionary, without any major technological leaps.

In terms of dimensions, the Galaxy A37 is expected to measure 162.9 × 78.2 × 7.4 mm and weigh around 196 g. The Galaxy A57 will be slightly thinner and lighter at roughly 161.5 × 76.9 × 6.9 mm and 192 g. The color palette will include Samsung's signature Awesome hues, such as gray, lavender, blue, and others. If the leaks hold true, this new A-series generation seems more like a routine update than a significant step forward.
