AnTuTu Benchmark has released its February 2026 ranking of the top ten most powerful sub-flagship Android smartphones. The list is based on test results from the V11 version, collected from February 1st to 28th, and reflects average scores for devices in the upper mid-range price segment. While there haven't been many major new launches, the chart features several new models, including the Honor Power 2, Redmi Turbo 5, and the OPPO Reno 15 series.
The Honor Power 2 took first place with an average score of 2,201,537 points. Built on the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite processor, which uses Cortex-A725 cores and higher clock speeds than its predecessor, this smartphone stands out not just for its performance. It also packs a massive 10,080 mAh battery into a remarkably slim 7.98mm chassis. This combination secured its position as the fastest sub-flagship Android phone in February's testing.
In second place is the OPPO Reno 15 Pro, averaging 2,113,019 points and powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Max chip. The standard OPPO Reno 15, also equipped with this processor, came in third with 2,102,547 points. Fourth place went to the new Redmi Turbo 5, which scored an average of 2,087,575 points using the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra.
The rest of the ranking is filled by previous-generation models that still deliver strong performance. The OPPO Reno 14 Pro placed fifth with 2,080,957 points, followed by the iQOO Z10 Turbo at 1,995,751 points and the Redmi Turbo 4 at 1,964,441 points. Rounding out the bottom of the list are the OPPO Reno 14 (1,614,550 points), the Redmi Note 12 Turbo (1,304,873 points), and the OnePlus Turbo 6V. Powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, the OnePlus model closes out the top ten with a score of 1,089,387 points.
Overall, the February ranking highlights the current dominance of MediaTek's Dimensity 8400 and 8500 series processors in the sub-flagship category. New smartphones featuring these chips are quickly climbing to the top of benchmark charts, shaping the competitive landscape for high-performance mid-range devices.
