Marshall Bromley 450 portable speaker for parties and live music

Marshall has expanded its party audio lineup with the more compact Bromley 450 model. This new offering serves as a simplified and more affordable alternative to the flagship Bromley 750, while retaining the brand's signature guitar-amp-inspired design.

Despite its smaller size, the device supports True Stereophonic technology for a "surround" sound experience, creating a sense of directional audio without sacrificing compactness. It also keeps the light effects inspired by 1970s stage lighting, though the manufacturer has omitted the sound character adjustment feature available in the higher-end version.

The Bromley 450 is built for long-lasting use without recharging, offering up to 40 hours of playback. If needed, the battery can be swapped out while in use or the device can be plugged into a power source. It also includes inputs for a microphone and musical instruments, making it suitable not just for parties but for live performances as well.

Roughly a quarter smaller than its senior counterpart and weighing around 12 kilograms, the model does not come with wheels for transport but features a convenient handle. It is protected against dust and splashes with an IP55 rating. Sales begin on March 31 at a price of approximately $800.
