Apple has officially announced the dates for its annual WWDC 2026 developer conference. The event will run from June 8 to 12 and, as in previous years, will be available in a hybrid format with online streaming for everyone and limited in-person attendance at Apple Park.
The main keynote presentation will take place on June 8, where the company will unveil key updates to its operating systems: iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27. Dozens of developer sessions and workshops are also scheduled throughout the week.
Artificial intelligence development will be a central focus. Apple will continue advancing its Apple Intelligence initiative, with particular attention on enhancing the Siri voice assistant. It is expected to become smarter, more context-aware, and more deeply integrated into the ecosystem. Rumors suggest that solutions like Google Gemini could be leveraged for this purpose. However, major visual overhauls are not anticipated. According to insiders, the company will concentrate on boosting stability and performance, fixing bugs, and refining the overall user experience.
Despite the absence of expected hardware announcements, WWDC 2026 could mark a significant milestone for the Apple ecosystem—emphasizing practicality, reliability, and the gradual integration of AI into everyday scenarios.
