iQOO Z11 series unveiled with 9,020 mAh battery and gaming features

The company iQOO has unveiled its new Z11 smartphone series, emphasizing exceptional battery life and high refresh rate displays even in the mid-range segment. The lineup includes two models: the iQOO Z11 and Z11x, with a starting price of 1,499 yuan.

The standout feature of the iQOO Z11 is its massive 9,020 mAh battery—the largest ever for the brand. It supports 90W fast charging, reverse charging, and bypass charging. According to the manufacturer, the phone retains over half its charge even after more than 10 hours of active use. The device sports a 6.83-inch display with a 165 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits.

Performance is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 processor, built on TSMC's 4nm process, achieving over 2.62 million points in AnTuTu benchmarks. The phone features a vapor chamber cooling system spanning 7,000 mm² and the Monster Engine gaming chip. It maintains high frame rates in popular games, reaching up to 165 FPS in some titles. The main camera is a 50 MP sensor with optical image stabilization and proprietary image processing algorithms.

The iQOO Z11x offers a more affordable configuration, equipped with a Dimensity 7400 processor and a 7,200 mAh battery. It includes a 6.76-inch LCD display with a brightness of up to 1,200 nits, along with enhanced eye protection features. Despite this, the device retains IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance and a reinforced chassis design.

Both models come with modern features such as NFC, an infrared port, and advanced gaming modes. The iQOO Z11 is available in several configurations, priced up to 3,399 yuan, while the Z11x remains the more budget-friendly option. Overall, this new series highlights a trend toward extreme battery endurance and gaming capabilities even in the mid-price range.
