The global version of the flagship vivo X300 Ultra has appeared in the Geekbench database shortly before its official announcement, but its test results are lower than those of the Chinese variant. This could point to differences in optimization or software tuning ahead of the international launch.
The smartphone, with model number V2562, features a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and runs Android 16. In performance tests, it scored 3,468 points in single-core mode and 9,644 points in multi-core. For comparison, the Chinese version (V2547DA) posted higher results—3,722 and 11,621 points, respectively—despite having identical hardware.
The vivo X300 Ultra is expected to sport a 6.82-inch 2K display from BOE with thin bezels, along with a 6,600 mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. With a body thickness of just 8.19 mm, the device remains relatively compact for its specs.
The main focus is on the cameras: the smartphone will be equipped with a 200-megapixel Sony LYTIA-901 sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle LYTIA-828 module, and a 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP0 periscope telephoto lens. Additionally, a 5-megapixel multispectral sensor is included to enhance color accuracy.
The new model also boasts an advanced audio system with four microphones and custom speakers, a next-generation vibration motor for more precise haptic feedback, and support for gestures on the back panel to quickly activate functions like the flashlight or silent mode.
