OPPO Pad 5 Pro tablet: features, release date, and specifications

OPPO is preparing to launch its new flagship tablet, the Pad 5 Pro, with specifications and images leaking online ahead of the official presentation. The device has already appeared in the China Telecom database, revealing key features of the upcoming model, which is expected to debut on April 21 alongside other brand products including the Find X9 Ultra and Enco R5.

According to the leak, the tablet will feature a large 13.2-inch display with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. It will run on Android 16 as its software platform, while performance will be handled by the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, indicating the device is aimed at the premium segment.

Battery life will be supported by a 13,380 mAh capacity battery, which should allow for extended use without recharging. A full charge reportedly takes about two hours, with support for fast charging up to 80W expected.

For cameras, the device will include a main 13MP module, though details about the front-facing camera are still missing. The tablet will support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth but won't include a cellular modem, remaining a Wi-Fi-only model. Its design stands out with a slim profile—just 5.94mm thick and weighing around 672 grams.

The OPPO Pad 5 Pro will be available in several memory configurations, ranging from 8/256GB to 16/512GB, and in three colors: gold, brown, and purple. Overall, this new release promises to be one of the company's most powerful tablets yet.
