The complete specifications of the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro have leaked online ahead of the official announcement. According to sources, both models will launch on the European market with 12 GB of RAM, differing not only in processors but also in several key features.
The base version gets a MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra chip and will be available with 256 GB or 512 GB of storage. The Pro version, in turn, is equipped with the more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and will only be offered with 512 GB of storage. Expected starting prices are around 749 euros for the standard model and roughly 999 euros for the Pro variant.
The phones also differ in battery life. The Xiaomi 17T packs a 6,500 mAh battery with 67-watt charging, while the 17T Pro offers a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 100-watt wired charging and 50-watt wireless charging. The base model has a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, while the Pro gets a larger 6.83-inch display with a higher 144 Hz refresh rate, making the higher-end version more focused on performance and smoothness.
Both models are equipped with triple cameras featuring Leica optics. The key difference is in the main sensor: the Pro uses the more advanced Light Fusion 950, while the standard version uses the Light Fusion 800. Both devices include a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The front-facing camera on both is 32 megapixels.
The smartphones will run Android 16 with the proprietary HyperOS interface. They are also expected to come in the same color options: blue, black, and purple.
The official announcement date has not yet been disclosed, but the volume of leaks suggests the presentation will take place in the near future.
