Samsung's Galaxy M47 has surfaced again in a new leak. After being spotted in the GSM Association's IMEI database back in March—confirming the smartphone was in development—a prototype has now appeared on Geekbench, revealing some early specs.
According to the benchmark listing, the Galaxy M47 is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor. The tested prototype paired that chip with 8GB of RAM, though Samsung may offer other configurations when the device officially launches. The phone scored 2,256 points in Geekbench.
The listing also confirms the phone will launch with Android 16 and Samsung's One UI 8 skin. That points to a current software base and likely the long-term update support typical of newer Samsung models.
Beyond that, details remain scarce. Screen size, camera setup, battery capacity, and launch timing are still under wraps. Still, a Geekbench appearance usually signals that development is well along.
